I am Santosh Kumar Sah, a Civil Engineer and Compex-Scholar pursuing my B.Tech at Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bengaluru. Born in Gaur, Nepal, my journey has taken me across borders — from achieving top grades in Nepal to hands-on engineering projects across India.
My professional experience spans project management at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, site engineering at Kailash Construction, and on-ground oversight at Unique Engineering Consultancy in Nepal. Each role has sharpened my ability to deliver results on site and under pressure.
Beyond practice, I am a published researcher with papers on carbon nanotube applications in construction and real-time landslide detection systems — and a patent holder for an on-demand land information mobile application.
Focused on upgrading government schools by designing safety infrastructure and creating automation lab designs. Led planning and coordination of civil works on-site, applying structural design principles and managing project timelines to ensure quality delivery within scope.
Assisted in day-to-day site civil engineering operations for an active construction project in Bengaluru. Developed practical skills in site supervision, materials quality assessment, and cross-functional team communication in a fast-paced construction environment.
Served as on-site overseer for civil engineering projects in Lalitpur District, Nepal. Responsible for monitoring construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and coordinating with field teams to meet project milestones.
